As a 19-year-old that loves technology, I derive great satisfaction from assisting individuals with technical difficulties. In 2022, I successfully completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate program. Additionally, I have been awarded the OhioMeansJobs Readiness Seal recognizing my successful completion of a Pre-Apprenticeship program with my local Information Technology Center (ITC).
